General Description

The SY5113 is an ultra-low quiescent current, high efficient, excellent transient response synchronous Buck converter.
In light load application, the device works in power save mode with a quiescent current of only 1μA and has a high light-load efficiency when load current less than 1mA. The VOS pin senses the output voltage and provides the information to an internal comparator. The constant-on-time(COT) Buck controller received and provides immediate response to dynamic load changes. It has excellent AC load regulation, transient response, and meanwhile has ultra-low output ripple voltage.
During the startup stage, the resistor to digital(R2D) of VSEL pin senses the external resistor to set the target output voltage. There are sixteen levels voltage can be selected. When the input voltage approaches the output voltage, the device goes into no ripple 100% mode to prevent the output ripple voltage from increasing. In this mode, the device stops switching and keeps the high-side P-MOSFET on.
